Delegates of the SMS in the Council of the IMU International Mathematical Union

Delegate of the SMS in the ICIAM International Council for Industrial and Applied Mathematics

Remarks: The SMS is a Small Associated Society and has one delegate in the annual board meeting. The delegate has one vote.

Remark: According to Article 4.3.a of the statutes of the SCNAT, the SMS can choose its delegate, it does not have to be the president.

Information officer for the SCNAT

Responsibilities:

  • The vice president of the SMS exchanges all information of general nature with SCNAT and collects or distributes it.
  • The vice president of the SMS is in charge of the service "Maturity Works in Mathematics" of the SCNAT.
