Board of Trustees

The Mathematics Departments of every Swiss university elects a representative for the board of trustees. The Steering Committee confirms the election. The board of trustees is part of the Advisory Board of the SMS.

The members of the board serve as a link and as a means of communication between the SMS and the universities. In particular, they accept applications for travel grants of assistants and doctoral students (please see Exchange Service for details). At the same time, the members of the board disseminate information of the SMS in their departments.
