It is a well known result by Remmert that any Stein manifold embeds into Cⁿ for sufficiently large n. In this talk the concern is not about existence of embeddings, but instead we consider the following questions: If a Stein manifold X of dimension k can be embedded into Cⁿ (0<k<n), are there different ways of embedding it? In how many ways can X be embedded?
